How It Works

We've created a step-by-step guide of how our process works so that you have complete confidence before and after you place your order with us.

1. Choose Your Storybook

Currently, there are three different story templates to choose from that are available as an eBook or hardcover edition. Simply choose which story and book type you'd like by adding them to your cart.

2. Place Your Order

Once you're satisfied with which story and book types you would like to purchase, simply complete the checkout process to place your order with us. You will receive an order confirmation via email to the address used during checkout.

3. Submit Information

Your order confirmation email will contain a link to a form that will need to be completed before we begin creating your book. This form allows you to add basic information about your pet such as their name and reference images. If you have multiple books within your order, please make sure to complete the form for each book.

4. Storybook Creation

Once this information has been submitted, we will be able to begin creating your custom book. This process is a combination of integrating your pets details and imagery into the book which will either be produced as an eBook or hardcover edition.

5. Delivery

After the production process is complete, your book will be delivered directly to you. Our eBooks are sent via email as a PDF file which can be used on all modern devices such as smartphones and tablets. Our hardcover editions are sent directly to your door via courier.
